Board MEmber

We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in serving on the board of directors for Windlass. This position involves attending monthly board meeting to help determine the direction of the organization.

Expected time commitment: 2-4 hours per month.

Treasurer

We are seeking a volunteer with financial and/or accounting experience to serve as the treasurer for the board of directors. This position involves maintaining an accurate account of financial transactions and reporting the status of the organization’s finances to the board of directors regularly.

Expected time commitment: 4-12 hours per month.

Social Media Manager

This role is for a social media buff who enjoys promoting and growing an online presence. Their primary responsibilities would include creating social media friendly content about Windlass on a regular basis, posting content, responding to messages/comments from users, and growing our number of followers.

Expected time commitment: 4-8 hours per week.

Event Planner

We are seeking someone who enjoys planning social events. Their primary responsibilities would include helping the team define objectives and deliverables, developing timelines and helping to keep event sub-committees on track.

Expected time commitment: 2-6 hours per week.

Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking someone to help with outreach to new volunteer applicants, finding best fits, on-boarding selected candidates and managing those people to make productive contributions. This role requires an independent, responsive and motivated person.

Expected time commitment: 0-8 hours per week depending on sign-ups.
